Before you start
Do I need an account?
No registration is required to create or join a chat. This version does not provide account recovery after reinstalling or switching devices.
How does pricing work?
Creating and joining are free. Messages that need no translation use no characters. Automatic translation uses the sender’s credits, available as one-time Google Play purchases.
Can I earn credits by inviting friends?
Eligible campaigns may offer rewards. Check the app for available places, deadlines and conditions. No rating or purchase is required.
What if a conversation feels unsafe?
Block, report or leave the chat. Verify important information independently of machine translation.
Who pays for translation?
The sender uses translation credits when translation is needed. Joining or receiving does not spend credits for the other person. No translation means no translation charge; insufficient credits trigger a top-up notice.
Can I request a refund?
View purchases and submit a request in My Orders. Related remaining credits are unavailable during review. See the refund explanation for details.
How can I chat safely?
Share chat codes and invitation links only with people you wish to talk to. Report, block or leave if needed. Machine translation can be inaccurate; verify important information.
How are group translations charged?
The sender pays by source characters and distinct target languages requiring translation. Members sharing a target language do not multiply the charge. Recipients need no credits to view completed translations.
Can I view originals and withdraw messages?
Long-press to copy, quote, view available originals or translations, or delete locally. You can withdraw your own messages within 2 minutes. Local deletion differs from withdrawal; completed translation is not automatically refunded.
