1. Safety and reporting
To help keep both participants safe, follow these rules when using chat:
• No harassment, threats, bullying, stalking, malicious humiliation, or persistent unwanted contact. • No scams, phishing, impersonation, spam, fraudulent investment/payment requests, or attempts to obtain passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive credentials. • No hate, discrimination, violent threats, terrorist promotion, or encouragement of serious illegal activity. • No explicit sexual content or non-consensual sexual content, and absolutely no child sexual exploitation, grooming, or related material. • Do not maliciously expose another person's identity documents, home address, financial information, intimate media, or other sensitive personal information. • No malware, unlawful goods/services, or content that unlawfully infringes another person's rights.
If you feel unsafe: 1. Use Block User to stop new messages in both directions; 2. Use Report User to submit the violation category to VocaRoom; 3. For real-world danger, financial loss, or emergencies, contact local law enforcement, emergency services, or another official channel first.
VocaRoom may close chats, restrict installations, and preserve information necessary to handle serious safety incidents.
These rules apply to both two-person and group chats. In a group you can block or report a member, leave, or ask the owner to remove an abusive member. Blocking limits new messages between the members involved without stopping other members. Owners can dissolve groups. Reports do not guarantee immediate action; contact local official services for emergencies.
